Terrence Cole, Ph.D., Professor of History at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, will speak on the Emanuel Leutze’s 19th Century painting depicting the signing of the Treaty of Cession. Leutze also painted the famous painting of George Washington crossing the Delaware River.
